CompTIA Convergence+ is a vendor-neutral certification that validates an IT professional's knowledge and skill in the areas of analysis, implementation, and management of data, voice and multimedia convergence applications. The certification covers areas such as telephony, network engineering, applications, hardware, architecture, management and security.Prior to pursuing Convergence+ certification , it is recommended that an individual first obtain their Network+ certification and posses 18 to 24 months experience in data networking, VoIP and other related technologies.
The CompTIA Convergence+ exam is administered by all Thomson Prometric and Pearson VUE testing centers around the world.
