What Is Convergence+, A Run Down On This New Exam

This is the outcome of the free cybercast that was held the other day which explains exactly what the CompTIA Convergence+ is all about.

Basically it is a linear exam that doesn't require any prerequisites however they do recommend that you have your Network+ and it is marked on a scale between 100 and 900 of which you need a passing score of 720 the exam code is CT0-101 which will cost $225 and at the moment is only available in English.

The objectives cover the following.
Telephony 22%
Network Engineering 20%
Applications 16%
Hardware and Architecture 17%
Management 12%
Security 13%
